Experience the power of collective stillness. Our group classes invite you into a welcoming space to
learn, move, and rest together — where mindfulness meets neuroscience and embodiment.
Each class starts with some gentle somatic practices to release tension and awaken body awareness,
followed by breathwork that soothes the nervous system, bringing the mind and body into para-sympathetic nervous system.

Each session encompasses a small lesson which explains what we will be doing within the practice
and the science behind the mechansims and the why.
You’ll learn the science of mindfulness and how awareness reshapes the brain. Each class
strengthens clarity, focus, and emotional regulation and practical tools for everyday calm that you can take home to use.

Along with learning the essentials of meditation & mindfulness, group practice builds connection
and belonging. Together, we share presence, compassion, and self-kindness — leaving you lighter,
more open, and quietly restored.
