Our quarterly Wellness Escapes are immersive experiences combining science, mindfulness, and
nature. Set in tranquil Noosa and surrounding regions, each retreat offers space to slow down,
reconnect, and reset.

Held in restorative natural settings, you’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and release accumulated
tension. Each practice resets the nervous system and replenishes energy.
Learn how awareness transforms brain function, focus, and mood. Through meditation, reflection,
and neuroscience-based teachings, the mind clears and recalibrates.

Along with Innerfield’s principle teacher, Peta Barwick, each retreat has a special guest presenter to
offer a layering of self-care and nourishment. Emotionally the Escape nourishes connection — to self, others, and the natural world. Guests leave with a renewed sense of gratitude, inner peace, and emotional balance that endures long after the day ends.
